Carolann David, MA, LPC
I was drawn to the profession of counseling due to my deep desire to help those who are hurting, feel misunderstood, or are momentarily lost in what to do with what life has handed them. I like to take a solution focused approach by helping others discover and utilize their internal and e xternal resources to overcome difficulties and make positive changes in their life.
My counseling experience began working with adults, adolescents, and children in crisis at Timberlawn Mental Health System. I have worked with individuals struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, and self-destructive behaviors. Further, as a businesswoman and CPA, I offer a unique perspective for helping individuals and families with the effect of money matters on their life and relationships. I received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University and a Masters of Art in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I am married with two children.
I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families to help them when life happens….
